Q: What day do you pick up in my neighborhood?

A: We pick up the same day every week depending on the neighborhood you live in.

 

Q: What time do you pick up?

A: We start picking up at 7:15 a.m. and have everyone picked up by 10:00 a.m.

 

Q: When do I get my cleaning back?

A: The next day! We start delivering back around 5:00 p.m.

 

Q: What if I don’t have something next week?

A: We automatically drive by your house every week. If you don’t have an order, then you don’t put your bag out. No need to call or schedule.

 

Q: What if I’m not there when you deliver?

A: Because of our system, you don’t need to be home when we pick up or deliver. We provide a wreath hanger for your door that we hang your order on and then ring your doorbell to alert you if you are home.

 

Q: How do I pay?

A: We have a service called EasyPay, (view or print the form) which automatically debits your checking account once a month on the date you choose.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: Our plant is on South 48th street, but because Taken to the Cleaners only does pick-up and delivery, we don’t have a store front drop off.

 

Q: Do you do alterations?

A: Yes, and repairs. We also automatically replace buttons on men’s shirts free of charge.

 

Q: How much is your service?

A: We charge per item, there is no delivery charge.

 

Q: What do I need to do to get started?

A: Complete this form, call or email. We need your name, address, phone number, email address, starch preference and an indication if you want garments automatically repaired or not if we find something.
